Flavilla Fongang, the founder of 3 Colours Rule, was the international panellist invited at “She’s Mercedes” in Jamaica, an internationally renowned event dedicated to inspiring, connecting and empowering women to unleash their best.

Mercedes-Benz around the globe have hosted She’s Mercedes since 2016. The theme is “She”, the sheer resilience, strength and determination of women. Mercedes-Benz wants to inspire other women to live their truth, recognise their strength and own their destiny. This invitation-only event gathered 80 women encompassing CEO’s, Caregivers, Volunteers, Entrepreneurs, College Students and Select Media.

The panel discussion sought to give insight on Flavilla’s passion and how Flavilla pursued it; the determination and skill it takes to manoeuvre obstacles along the way; and what it means to be successful.
