TLA Black Women in Tech is a non-profit organisation created in 2019. TLA Black Women in Tech was born out of a desire to inspire, support, connect the tech sphere to allow more black women to excel and tech companies to perform better through diversity & inclusion.

Our Brand Growth Strategy:

1. For this organisation, we started with a community-building strategy to attract our audience through the support of the ecosystem
2. We continuously raised brand awareness through digital campaigns and ongoing social media activities through the right channels
3. We run great monthly events with great speakers who helped us grow our audience
4. We developed partnerships with organisations focusing on the same mission and same target audience
5. We developed sponsorship opportunities
6. We launched our website after having to attract more than a thousand members for TLA Black Women in Tech

Results:

• TLA Black Women in Tech has worked with established companies such as Deutsche Bank, Deloitte, Unilever, Arbuthnot and Latham, The Department of Education and many more
